About the Journal

The journal "Identity, Culture and Politics: An Afro-Asian Dialogue" (ISSN 1027-4332) is a biannual publication of the Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA) of Dakar (Senegal) and International Center for Ethnic Studies (ICES) in Colombo (Sri Lanka).

Its aim is to promote the dissemination of knowledge and the exchange of ideas and reflections between African and Asian researchers and activists.
