Author Biography

Solofo Randrianja 

 est Professeur d’histoire à l’université de Toamasina (Tamatave), Madagascar. Son travail se focalise sur l’histoire politique de Madagascar aux XXe et XXIe siècles. Il a écrit avec S. Ellis Madagascar, a short history (University Of Chicago Press, 2009) et a edité Madagascar, le coup d’Etat de mars 2009 (Karthala, 2012). Il prépare actuellement un essai d’histoire contemporaine et un projet qui porte sur les formes locales de gouvernance.
